Service Description
We eat to live, but how does culture inform our food choices and ideologies. Food is a carrier of cultural values, a telling history of social distinctions, values, and aspirations. Explore how food has migrated and crossed borders to form mashups of modern cuisine. We will also discuss the implications of cultural norms on forging new choices in food that addresses our health and wellness. PRICING OPTIONS UP TO 25 PEOPLE $1200 plus $7 per person for sampling Includes one assistant for food prep and serving GROUPS OF 25-50 PEOPLE $1750 plus $7 per person for sampling Includes two assistants for food prep and serving INCLUDES *Generous sampling provided. If a more substantial meal is desired there will be an additional charge for food. *All serving supplies, demonstration equipment and clean up are included in pricing *Printed menu distributed.
